1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Silence VPN services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Silence VPN provides pay-as-you-go VPN services using AWS infrastructure. Our service allows you to:

• Deploy private VPN servers in multiple AWS regions
• Connect to your servers using WireGuard protocol
• Pay only for data transfer and server time used
• Manage your servers through our web interface

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 14 years old or have parental consent
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws

4. Billing and Payment

Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go model:

• Free tier: 5GB data transfer + 24 hours server time per month
• Data transfer: $0.15 per GB (outbound only)
• Server time: $0.03 per hour
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Credits are refundable (under certain circumstances) but do not expire
• Free tier credits and any other granted credits are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Spam, phishing, or malicious activities
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Activities that could damage or overload our infrastructure

6. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• We do not log or monitor your VPN traffic
• We collect minimal data necessary for service operation
• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• We may collect usage statistics for billing purposes

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance may require temporary service interruptions and can occur at any time
• AWS infrastructure limitations may affect service availability

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for data loss or security breaches
• Users are responsible for their own data backup and security

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Unused credits remain in your account after termination
• We will provide reasonable notice before termination

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms:

• Changes will be posted on this page
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
• Material changes will be communicated via email

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Silencewerks is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
